Consent Withdrawal Process

1. Introduction

You have the right to withdraw the consent previously provided to YSS Direct Credit Pvt. Ltd. (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) with respect to the collection, use, storage, or sharing of Your personal and financial information. You may also request that We delete or forget Your data, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Consent withdrawal may include, but is not limited to, withdrawal of consent for:

  • Specific use of Your personal or financial information
  • Storage of Your information
  • Sharing of Your information with third parties, including Our network of lending partners, service providers, and credit information companies
  • Contacting You for marketing, servicing, or any other purpose

Upon receiving Your request, We will erase or anonymize Your data where there is no legal, contractual, or regulatory requirement to retain it.

However, We reserve the right to retain Your information to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

  • Compliance with applicable laws, RBI guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Reporting to Credit Information Companies (including TransUnion CIBIL), where applicable
  • Enforcement of Our legal rights and obligations
  • Providing information required by statutory or regulatory authorities investigating fraud, misuse, or illegal activities

Additionally, if Your loan or credit facility application has already been forwarded to a lending partner, or if You have availed of any credit facility through a lending partner, such lending partner may continue to process and retain Your information in accordance with their internal policies and applicable laws. This may include contacting You regarding Your application or retaining Your data until all dues are fully repaid.

In cases where a lending partner has outsourced certain services (such as customer support or collections) to Us, We may be required to retain Your information as per applicable contractual and regulatory obligations.

2. Process for Withdrawing Consent

Upon receipt of Your request, We will verify the same and take appropriate steps to ensure that Your decision is respected, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Deletion

Upon acceptance of a valid consent withdrawal request, and subject to legal and regulatory requirements, Your personal and credit-related information maintained by Us will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted from further processing.

You will receive confirmation of the action taken through email or any other suitable mode of communication.
Please note that deletion of data held by lending partners or Credit Information Companies is governed by their respective policies and applicable laws, and you may need to approach them directly for such requests.

We value the trust You place in Us and are committed to ensuring that consent withdrawal requests are handled with transparency, fairness, and due care, while balancing regulatory and legal obligations.
